Shipping
At this time Megan Smith Art splits shipping cost by automatically adding a flat rate of $10 USD to each order. US & Canada orders only.
Minimums
Orders must meet minimum of $100.
All Sales are Final
There are no returns, exchanges or refunds.
Exceptions:
If there is damage to the item upon delivery the item may be eligible for a refund or a replacement.
If the item purchased/ordered is not available a refund or store credit may be applicable.
Payment
Payment must be made at time of purchase on the website. If you would like to make the payment by check or Venmo, please contact Meg at info@megsmithdesign.com.
Checks should be made to Meg Smith Art and mailed to 8892 E Kokopelli Cir #18, Palmer, AK 99645.

Order timeline
Orders will be processed in a timely manner. Most orders can typically be fulfilled within 1-2 weeks of order confirmation. Any further delays will be communicated, if the delay is significant a refund or alternative item may be issued. If Meg is out of the studio, information regarding shipment times will be posted at the top of each page on the announcement bar.
